Cannot Sign In

Use the operator login page on the company’s own domain. The address must end in /operator/login.

  1. Check the address supplied by your administrator. Do not use the Help Center address, another company’s domain, /admin/login, or /kiosk.
  2. Confirm that the company domain opens over HTTPS, then open /operator/login again.
  3. If a Russian-language suspension screen replaces the form, stop retrying and contact the business administrator. An operator cannot restore a suspended program.
  4. If the domain does not load or shows the wrong company, send the full domain to the administrator. Do not continue on a different company’s page.

Email code is the default sign-in method.

  1. Enter the email address assigned to the operator account and select Send code.
  2. Check that inbox and its spam or junk folder for the sign-in message.
  3. Enter all six digits in Code from the email, then select Login.
  4. If the address is wrong or you need a new code, select Use a different address, enter the assigned address again, and request another code.

Never send the code to an administrator or support contact.

If no message arrives, ask the administrator to confirm the exact operator email. The login page cannot change that address or show whether an account exists.

  1. Select Password.
  2. Enter the assigned operator email and the temporary password supplied by the administrator.
  3. Select Login once and read the displayed error.
  4. If the credential is unavailable or still rejected, return to Email code when you can access the assigned inbox.

The operator login page has no password-reset action. Ask the administrator for credential recovery instead of repeatedly guessing a password. Do not send the password in a screenshot or support message.

You return to sign-in after submitting valid details

After authentication, LoyaltyBoss must also confirm access to the company on the current domain. The protected operator pages return to /operator/login when there is no usable session, the company cannot be resolved, or the required company role is not confirmed.

  1. Confirm the company domain and assigned operator email again.
  2. Ask the administrator to confirm that the operator still appears under Operators for this company.
  3. If the account shows a frozen status, do not continue using it until the administrator confirms that access is approved. The current status indicator is not a reliable sign-in diagnosis by itself.
  4. Close other LoyaltyBoss tabs for different companies, reopen the correct operator login URL, and try the preferred sign-in method once.
  5. If the page still returns to sign-in, stop and escalate the case.

Send only:

  • the full company domain and /operator/login path;
  • the assigned operator email;
  • whether you used Email code or Password;
  • the exact visible error or whether the page returned to sign-in;
  • the time of the attempt and whether a suspension screen appeared.

Do not send a password, six-digit code, customer information, or a screenshot containing those values.

The administrator can review Manage Operator Access. Domain, role, or program-suspension problems that the administrator cannot resolve must use the established LoyaltyBoss support channel.
