Find a Customer

Open Customers in the Admin Panel to find people registered in the current company’s loyalty program.

Read the customer list

The newest customer accounts appear first. Each card shows the customer’s:

name;
phone number;
Member since date.

The list displays up to 12 customer cards on one page.

If the company has no registered customers, the page displays No customers yet. New customers appear after they register for this company.

Search by name or phone

Select Search by name or phone….
Enter all or part of a customer name or phone number.
Review the matching cards. The list updates while you type and starts again from its first page.
Change or clear the search text to run another search.

Name matching is not case-sensitive. If nothing on the current search page matches, the page displays No customers found.

Move through the full list

When the company has more than 12 customers, use Previous, Next, or a page number below the cards. The current page number is highlighted. An ellipsis indicates omitted page numbers between the visible choices.

Use these controls to browse the complete list. Do not treat their totals as filtered-result counts while search text is present.

Open a customer record

Select a customer card to open that customer’s page. Select Back to Customers to return to the list.

The customer detail screen is still incomplete, so this Help Center does not currently document its profile, visit-history, notification, or free-spin controls.
