What the Free Plan Includes
A program created through self-registration runs on the free plan. Two limits apply to it, and both are enforced by the platform rather than by a reminder.
Up to 100 customers
Section titled “Up to 100 customers”A free program accepts 100 customers. The count is people who joined your program, not visits and not sign-ins. Your own account and your operator accounts do not count toward it.
When the program is full:
- Everyone already in it keeps working normally. All 100 customers go on collecting visits, spinning the wheel, and redeeming rewards. Nothing they have earned is lost or paused.
- New customers cannot join. Someone signing up for the first time is told the program is not accepting new members right now and is asked to speak to your staff.
- Your Admin Panel, operators, and kiosks are unaffected.
The platform does not warn you before the limit is reached. Check Total customers on the Dashboard if you are close to it, and contact support before you run a campaign that could bring in more people than the program can hold.
Suspension after 30 days without use
Section titled “Suspension after 30 days without use”A program that nobody uses for 30 days is suspended. You receive a warning by email on the 23rd day, so seven days remain to keep the program active.
Any of the following counts as use and resets the clock:
- you sign in to the Admin Panel;
- an operator opens the operator workspace or a kiosk records a visit;
- a signed-in customer opens your program;
- a visit or a reward is recorded for any customer.
In other words, a program in real use is never suspended for inactivity, whether the activity comes from you, from your staff, or from your customers.
Suspension deletes nothing by itself, but a program that stays suspended is eventually deleted:
- a program that never had a customer, a recorded visit, or a connected custom domain is deleted 30 days after suspension;
- any other program is sent a full archive of its data by email on day 60 of the suspension, and is deleted no sooner than 30 days after that email.
Having the suspension lifted before then cancels the deletion. See Program Access Is Suspended for what the suspension screen shows and how restoration is requested.
Raising the limits
Section titled “Raising the limits”Both limits belong to the free plan. If your business needs more than 100 customers, or a program that stays available while it is out of season, contact support to have the limits changed for your program. Changing them is a platform operation: nothing in the Admin Panel raises them.
