Review Daily Visits

Open Statistics in the Admin Panel and find Daily Visits. This chart shows the visit totals returned for the current company over the fixed reporting period.

Read the chart

• The horizontal axis shows dates in day month format.
• The vertical axis is labeled Visits.
• Each plotted point represents the visit count returned for that date.
• Move the pointer over a point to read its date and value.

The current reporting period is fixed at 30 days. The page does not yet provide a working period selector.

Use the chart as a trend view

Date-only values are converted through the device’s time zone before they are labeled. In some time zones, a point can appear one calendar day earlier than its source date. Do not use the current chart as the only record for resolving a boundary-day dispute.

Understand empty and error states

If no visit rows are returned, the card displays No visit data available and explains that data will appear after customers start visiting.

If the request fails, the card displays Failed to load data and Please try again later. Refresh the page to retry. Do not interpret the error state as confirmation that the company had no visits.

If the page cannot identify the company, it displays Company not found. Confirm that you opened the Admin Panel from the correct company domain before following the on-screen escalation message.

Ignore unfinished statistics blocks

The current Statistics page also displays visible unfinished blocks for KPI cards, top customers, and prize-wheel analytics. They are not working reports or period controls and are intentionally excluded from this Help Center until the product implements them.
