Navigate the Admin Panel

After you sign in, the Admin Panel opens with the main navigation on the left and a header above the current page.

Open or close the navigation

Use the menu button in the header to show or hide the sidebar. On a smaller screen, the same button opens the navigation as a panel over the current page.

The sidebar highlights the section that you are currently viewing. Select a menu item to move to another section:

• Dashboard — view the current program totals.
• Customers — find registered customers.
• Operators — manage operator access.
• Campaigns — open the campaigns section.
• Statistics — review daily visit activity.
• Redemption Log — review reward redemptions.
• Settings — open the settings section.

Some visible sections are still being completed. A menu item does not by itself mean that every control on that page is available.

Check the current role

The small label in the upper-right corner shows the role used for the current Admin Panel session. A normal business-administrator session displays company_admin.

If the page shows Access Denied instead of the Admin Panel, the signed-in account does not have an administrator role. Sign out and use the correct administrator account.

Change the interface language

At the bottom of the sidebar, use the language selector to choose English, Russian, or Spanish. LoyaltyBoss saves this selection in the current browser.

The Help Center remains English-only even if you choose another language for the product interface.

Sign out

1. Open the sidebar if it is hidden.
2. Select Sign Out below the administrator email.
3. Wait for the Admin Panel login page to open.
