Connect Your Domain

After email verification, LoyaltyBoss creates the business even if the external domain is not ready. The completion screen requests the exact DNS records required for your hostname.

Caution

Use the Type, Name, and Value shown for your own domain. Do not copy record values from this guide or from another business.

Add the records

1. Keep the registration completion page open.

   When the domain is not ready, the page displays the hostname and a table of required DNS records. If the records are still loading, wait for the status request to finish and use the recheck action again.

2. Open the DNS management page at the registrar or DNS provider for your domain.

3. Add every record exactly as displayed by LoyaltyBoss.

   Match all three columns. Your provider may represent the root hostname differently, so verify the final record shown by the provider before saving.

4. Save the DNS changes, return to LoyaltyBoss, and use the domain recheck action.

   LoyaltyBoss checks the domain automatically once after tenant creation. The manual action lets you check it again after changing DNS. The page does not promise a fixed propagation time.

5. Confirm the ready state.

   When the external provider verifies the domain and no misconfiguration remains, LoyaltyBoss displays that the domain is configured and working.

Use the Admin Panel while DNS is pending

The owner account and Admin Panel are available before the tenant domain becomes ready. Use the Admin Panel link on the completion screen to sign in. Once DNS is verified, the normal address is your tenant domain followed by /admin/login.
