Understand the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page that opens after administrator sign-in. Its four cards summarize the current company only.
Read the four cards
Section titled “Read the four cards”Total Customers
Section titled “Total Customers”The number of customers registered for the current company.
Active Operators
Section titled “Active Operators”The number of operator accounts assigned to the current company.
Total Visits
Section titled “Total Visits”The number of visits recorded for the current company across all available time.
Visits This Month
Section titled “Visits This Month”The number of visits recorded for the current company since the beginning of the current calendar month.
Refresh the totals
Section titled “Refresh the totals”The dashboard loads the totals when the page opens and may briefly keep recently loaded values. Refresh the page when you need to recheck them after new activity.
If a value is unexpectedly zero, compare it with the relevant customer, operator, or reporting page before treating it as a confirmed absence of activity. The current dashboard does not display a dedicated statistics-loading error.
