Create Your Business Account

Use the public registration page to create a LoyaltyBoss business without a password. The page is available on a LoyaltyBoss platform domain and returns a not-found page on tenant domains.

Prepare:

  • the business name;
  • a domain or subdomain that you own and can configure;
  • an owner email address that is not already used by another LoyaltyBoss account.

The business name must contain between 2 and 80 characters. Enter a hostname such as loyalty.example.com, not an IP address or a single word. LoyaltyBoss normalizes uppercase letters, a trailing dot, and a pasted URL to the underlying hostname before the server checks it.

  1. Open the registration page on the LoyaltyBoss platform domain.

  2. Complete the three fields:

    • Business name — the name administrators will recognize;
    • Your domain — the owned domain or subdomain for this loyalty program;
    • Owner email — the address that will receive the verification code and later be used for sign-in.
  3. Submit the form. When reCAPTCHA is configured, its verification runs automatically.

    LoyaltyBoss checks the field values, confirms that the hostname is allowed and unclaimed, and creates a pending request. The page then shows the email address that received the code.

  4. Enter the six-digit code from the email within 15 minutes.

    A wrong code shows the remaining attempts until the request reaches its attempt limit. If you request another email, the new code replaces the previous code.

  5. Wait for the completion screen.

    The business, owner account, administrator role, and pending tenant domain are created only after the code is accepted. A self-registered owner does not receive or need a password.
