Manage Operator Access
Open Operators in the Admin Panel to create and manage staff access for the current company.
Before you create an operator
Section titled “Before you create an operator”Prepare:
- the operator’s name;
- an email address that the operator can open;
- the operator login URL on your company’s domain, ending in
/operator/login.
The operator login page uses Email code by default. A temporary password is also created, but the current creation form makes the password handoff easy to misunderstand.
Create operator access
Section titled “Create operator access”-
Select Add Operator.
-
In Create New Operator, enter a name containing at least two characters and a valid email address.
-
Leave the generated Password field filled so the form can be submitted, but do not copy or give this value to the operator.
-
Select Create Operator and wait for the dialog to close. A success message appears and the new operator card is added to the list.
-
On the newly created card, reveal or copy its Password. This post-creation value is the temporary password returned by the server.
-
Copy the temporary password before refreshing or leaving the page. After a reload, the card shows only a masked placeholder and the current Admin Panel has no password-reset action.
Give the operator the correct sign-in details
Section titled “Give the operator the correct sign-in details”Give the operator:
- the login URL on the correct company domain;
- the email address assigned to the operator account;
- either instructions to use the default Email code method or the post-creation temporary password.
Do not give the operator the password displayed inside the creation dialog. Instructions for using the Operator workspace belong to Operator Help.
Review operator cards
Section titled “Review operator cards”Each card shows the operator name, email, creation date, and either an Active or Frozen badge. You can copy the email from the card.
Mark an operator as frozen or active
Section titled “Mark an operator as frozen or active”Select Freeze to change an active card to Frozen. Select Unfreeze to change it back to Active.
Remove the company role
Section titled “Remove the company role”Use the trash action when you need to remove the operator role from the current company.
-
Select the trash action on the operator card.
-
Review the Delete Operator? dialog.
-
Select Delete to remove the current company’s operator role, or Cancel to keep it.
Removing the role does not explicitly sign out an already-open browser session. The current Admin Panel has no verified immediate-session termination control, so do not promise instant revocation.
