Manage Custom Pages

Open Settings in the Admin Panel, then select Custom Pages. Frequenta loads only the pages saved for your current company.

  1. Select Add page.
  2. Enter the customer-facing Page title.
  3. Review or enter the URL slug.
  4. Write the Page content in Markdown.
  5. Turn on Published only when the page is ready for customers.
  6. Select Create page.

For titles written with Latin characters, Frequenta suggests a lowercase URL slug. For Cyrillic or another non-Latin alphabet, enter the slug explicitly with lowercase Latin letters, numbers, and single hyphens. Each slug must be unique within your company.

A published page appears in the customer Profile and opens at /page/<slug> on the same company domain. A draft remains hidden from customers.

Select the pencil action beside a page. You can change its title, Markdown content, and publication status.

The URL slug is fixed after creation so existing customer links do not break. To use a different URL, create a replacement page and remove the old one only after updating any links.

A success message appears only after the server returns the saved page. Refresh the tab to confirm the persisted values.

Select the delete action, review the page title in the confirmation, then select Delete page. Deletion is permanent and removes a published page from the customer app.

If loading fails, Frequenta shows an error instead of an empty list. Select Try again before creating, editing, or deleting pages.

If saving or deleting fails, the previous server state remains authoritative. A duplicate URL message means the current company already has that slug; choose a different slug for the new page.

If the page reports Company unavailable, open the Admin Panel on the intended company domain and confirm that your administrator access is active.
