Admin Panel Access Denied
The Admin Panel handles a missing sign-in differently from a signed-in account without administrator access.
You are redirected to sign-in
Section titled “You are redirected to sign-in”If there is no active session, the Admin Panel briefly shows a loading indicator and redirects to /admin/login.
- Confirm that the address uses the intended company’s domain and ends in
/admin/login. - Sign in with the business administrator email and either its password or email code.
- If sign-in itself fails, follow Sign In to the Admin Panel and verify the selected method and email address.
Being redirected to sign-in does not mean that the administrator role was removed. It normally means that the browser has no usable session.
You see Access Denied
Section titled “You see Access Denied”Access Denied appears when the browser has a signed-in account but the Admin Panel cannot confirm an allowed administrator role. The card displays the resolved role in parentheses, or unknown when no role value is available.
An operator or customer account cannot use the business Admin Panel. Use the administrator account assigned to the company instead.
Return to the correct account
Section titled “Return to the correct account”- Select Sign Out on the Access Denied card.
- Wait for the administrator login page.
- Enter the company administrator email and complete password or email-code sign-in.
- Confirm that the Dashboard and administrator sidebar appear.
Go to Home only leaves the Admin Panel. It does not sign out or grant administrator access, so use Sign Out when you need to change accounts.
A known administrator is still denied
Section titled “A known administrator is still denied”- Confirm the correct company domain and administrator email.
- Sign out fully and retry once.
- If the card shows
unknown, record that label and the company domain. - Contact the person who provisioned the business or use the established LoyaltyBoss support channel. The Access Denied screen itself does not provide a contact link.
An account assigned as administrator in more than one company is not reliably supported by the current role lookup and can be rejected even with valid credentials. Include every affected company when escalating that case.
