Review and Export Redemptions

Open Redemption Log in the Admin Panel to review rewards whose current status is redeemed for this company. The newest redemption time appears first.

Each row can show:

  • Time Redeemed — the recorded redemption date and time;
  • Reward — the stored reward name;
  • Customer — the customer name and phone, or Unknown when the linked customer is unavailable;
  • Source — the stored reward source;
  • Time Earned — when the reward record was created.

The common source values loyalty and wheel use different badge styles. Any other source remains visible in an outline badge. Treat the text itself, rather than the badge color, as the record value.

N/A appears when a stored redemption or earned timestamp is missing or invalid. A linked customer can also contain a missing name or phone; the current row may leave that individual value blank.

Enter part of a reward name, customer name, or phone in Search by customer name, phone, or reward name….

  • Reward and customer-name matching is not case-sensitive.
  • Phone matching uses the stored characters, so punctuation or country-code formatting can affect a match.
  • Search starts again on page 1.
  • The count beside Export to CSV and the pagination summary update to the filtered set.

Choose one date control:

  • All — no redemption-date limit;
  • Today — the current device calendar day;
  • Last 7 Days — the current implementation includes today plus the seven previous calendar dates;
  • Custom Range — select both From and To dates before the range applies.

Select Clear Filters to remove search text and return the date filter to All. This does not change the selected rows-per-page value.

The default page size is 25. Use Rows per page to choose 10, 25, 50, or 100; changing it returns to page 1.

Use Previous, Next, or a page number below the table. The Showing … of … redemptions line describes the complete filtered set, not only the visible page.

  1. Apply the search and date filters required for the export.

  2. Check the record count beside Export to CSV. The export contains every matching record across all pages, not only the current page.

  3. Select Export to CSV. The button is unavailable while data is loading or when the filtered set is empty.

  4. Locate the downloaded file. Its name starts with redemption-log- and the download date. Today, last-seven-days, and custom-range exports add the selected date label to the filename.

  5. Confirm the columns: Redeemed At, Reward Name, Customer Name, Customer Phone, Source, and Earned At.

The file contains customer names and phone numbers. Store it only where authorized staff can access it and remove copies that are no longer required.

The page has no separate load-error message. A failed request can look the same as No rewards have been redeemed yet.

  1. Confirm the correct company domain and active filters.
  2. Select Clear Filters.
  3. Refresh the page once.
  4. Do not treat the empty state as a confirmed audit result if known redemptions are still missing.
